After a three-week break, the races were back on in Richmond, VA. Starting in p28, Danny Bohn put in a solid effort for our North American Motor Car, Sierra Delta, On Point Motorsports Toyota Tundra.
After the bad luck we’ve had thus far in the season, we needed a solid day! The truck had speed and Danny and the team were competitive all day long. A fender rub early on in stage 3 put the team off sequence with tires that could have worked out to our benefit in the end, but we got caught on older tires towards the end of the race. Danny made it all the way up to fourth but after the tire incident still came home with a respectable finish at p20.
“I can’t wait to get back in at Kansas in two weeks!” said Danny following the race. See you all on Saturday, May 1st at 7:30 PM under the lights at the Kansas Speedway!
